Goods ordered by credit /
debit card will only be sent to card holders address. Unless other proof of address is faxed

account holders have the option for alternative delivery address.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click
on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Our shopping cart requires Java.
Download from http://www.sunmicrosystems.com if you do not have it on your computer,
otherwise select SEND DEBIT/CREDIT DETAILS SEPERATELY and give us a quick
ring with the card details to avoid the secure credit card screen going nowhere.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order
and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GB Pounds.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and Electron. You may send your credit card information via
phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet (If you have Java on your computer).
Shipping And Handling
Most orders are charged from £8.50 + VAT for UK Mainland up to 20 Kg.
Export charges are quoted on individual orders based on final shipping weight, volume and
destination using International courier.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery time for DIY or similar non commercial products is normally within
3 working days for goods shipped within the UK. International orders are
generally received in under 7 days. Orders placed over the christmas period
will be sent out on 2nd Jan 2009.
Overseas orders should satisfy
that the goods meet all your requirements in particular the mains
operating voltage (230V ac) and the transmission frequency remains legal
for use in your country.
Large Commercial system
orders should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the UK and
6 weeks for export.
The costs of goods do not include
for installation & commissioning. This is extra and needs to be arranged
with us and giving us approx. 10 days notice. Our Secure Shop
contains labour charges for installation & commissioning.

as this can be added to order now or billed separately at time of commissioning.

Back Orders If any
item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed
with the option to cancel your order if there is excessive delay and
you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders
made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders
are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero
. Overseas orders. You may also be liable for additional import duty tax
which remains your responsibility.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the
software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text
on any web site. Your credit card statement will show as payment to TTS.
Anti fraud safeguards are
in place and TTS Fire & Security Ltd will pursue prosecution for any
fraudulent orders placed !
Guarantee We guarantee
your satisfaction.
While TTS Fire & Security Ltd. shall make every effort to effect fast
delivery they shall not be held liable for lost profits, loss of business
or any other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, or any
claim by a third party.
All orders from TTS Fire & Security Ltd may
be returned within 30 days for a full refund provided they are returned as new and complete
including original packaging, accessories and manuals etc. In order to return or exchange
(under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you
must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

All returned merchandise must be in the
original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the
authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on your paperwork. Return
requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items must
be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any
shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At
our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of new items
returned. Damaged or incomplete items which cannot be resold will severely affect your
refund. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be
voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was
applied.
TTS Fire & Security Ltd. is not
responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be
returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by
normal Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since TTS
Fire & Security Ltd. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming
its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked
and or insured.
The customer should inspect
the goods on receipt and within 10 days advise TTS Fire & Security
Ltd of any shortages or defect in either material or workmanship. Customers
have the right to cancel orders within 7 working days without giving a
reason. The customer must pay for the cost of returning the goods !
This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
All manufacturers names are
named for compatibility reasons only and belong to their respective owners.

Privacy Policy TTS
Fire & Security Ltd. do not and will never disclose buyers information or any data
to third parties. Data is used only to fulfill orders and for warranty or
technical support purposes. Information is collected
lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not
send unsolicited e-mail to any of our customers.

Remittance Terms
RESERVATION
OF TITLE The supplier reserves title to the goods until all outstanding
debt in respect thereof has been discharged and only then will full title
pass to the customer. The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer
on delivery.
