Shipping and Handling Orders are charged at £8.50 normally - next day courier for most UK Mainland destinations up to 10Kg (ie. most alarm systems, panels, power supplies etc - ie Heavy Items) or for small light items like fobs etc £4.25 (Recorded Post for 1or 2 small Visonic Wireless Devices) + VAT. Delivery Schedule Delivery time for DIY or similar non commercial products is normally within 3 working days for goods shipped within the UK. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Orders placed over the christmas period will be sent out on 2nd Jan 2008. Overseas orders should satisfy that the goods meet all your requirements in particular the mains operating voltage (240V AC) and the transmission frequency remains legal for use in your country. Commercial Fire Alarm system orders should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the UK and 6 weeks for export. The goods do not include for installation & commissioning. This is extra and needs to be arranged with us and giving us approx. 10 days notice. Our Secure Shop contains labour charges for installation & commissioning. Back Orders If any items are OUT OF STOCK at time of order we will contact you and offer you one of four options. 1. Cancel complete order. 2. Delete the out of stock item from the order and despatch the remaining items. 3. Hold the complete order until the out of stock item has been received and ship the order complete. 4. Despatch the available items immediately and the remaining out of stock items when received, additional carriage costs are charged for this option.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Overseas orders. You may also be liable for additional import duty tax which remains your responsibility.
