EMS Modem Support

All control fire control panels in the EMS range accept a modem to enable us to dial in and check the status of your system. A view of your control panel appears on our PC so that we may download a host of information including event log, battery levels, signal levels and detector servicing requirements. This enables us to pin point potential faults and minimise time on site which ultimately reduces servicing costs.

All that is required is a regular BT phone socket to be installed within 2 metres of your main control panel. The price includes for software upgrade and installation if ordered at the same time as the main system installation.
